Vinoth Kumar Radhakrishnan is an Ontario-licensed lawyer who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Memorial University of Newfoundland, an LL.B. from the University of London, and two LL.M. degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, with a concentration in Canadian Common Law, Administrative Law, and Tax Law.
Before entering legal practice, he worked as a social worker, supporting children with autism for over three years. He later established a sole-proprietorship paralegal practice, where he regularly represented clients before Ontario administrative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board, as well as in Provincial Offences Court and Small Claims Court, gaining extensive experience with L1 and L2 proceedings.
Vinoth brings a practical, client-focused approach to legal problem- solving, combining strong advocacy skills with a clear understanding of court and tribunal processes.
In addition to his practice, Vinoth Kumar Radhakrishnan teaches in the Paralegal Program at CDI College in Toronto, contributing to the development of future legal professionals.
